Purpose of The United Methodist Women
The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
Our monthly meetings are held the second Thursday of each month, September through May at 6:30 in the Fellowship Hall. We welcome all women.

Prayer Blankets
We continue to make Prayer Blankets. The feedback we get on the blankets is wonderful. Twelve prayer blankets were given to people since the end of November. Thirty blankets were given in 2012.We touch so many lives with these. We use 3 yards of fleece for each blanket. (1 1/2 for each side) If you would like to donate fleece or money for this wonderful outreach program, please see one of the UMW members.
